My dearest Matthew,

Oh, how I miss you and long to hold you one more time. Someday in heaven, I'll see you again and get to show you how much I love you. You went to soon. If I could go back to that night, I would have held you and never went to sleep. Your daddy and I miss you so. Your brother asks about you, and all I know to say is you are in heaven, the most beautiful place imaginable. I love you and always will. The memories of the short time we were allowed to spend together will last an eternity. You are always on my mind.
